This taco has adobada beef ribs, avocado cream, slaw with cabbage, grilled pineapple, and is served on the same type of tortilla as the previous taco. When he tried it, Danny confirmed the rib was highly spicy, but tolerable.
The combination of meat with a little bit of grease was ideal for our host, as well as the deep-fried consistency of its protein. The vegetables created a good contrast for the taco’s flavor which made it feel not so heavy. Danny decided to remove the pineapple since it was so sweet it created a very intense bittersweet sensation. This is why this taco gets a rating of 8.4.

BBQ Rib Taco
This taco has beef BBQ ribs, avocado cream, a mix of slaw with cabbage, grilled pineapples and is served on the same type of tortillas as the previous tacos. When he gave his first bite, Danny said that it was ideal for those who love bittersweet meals.
The sweet touches can be felt both in the pineapple and the barbecue, contrasting with the vegetables and the well-cooked meat, generating a great flavor. The tortilla’s flavor is lost due to the intensity of the ingredients. This is why this taco gets a rating of 8.2.
