BC Logistics Responds to Allegations of Ties to Car Crash Scam in Tijuana

BC Logistics has issued a statement exercising its right to reply following recent reports linking the company to an extortion case.

On June 3rd, San Diego Red published an article titled “BC Logistics Tied to Car Crash Scam; Victims Fear Driving in Tijuana,” which mentioned the company BC Logística Internacional in connection with an extortion complaint filed by a U.S. citizen.

Prior to publication, this media outlet attempted to contact the company for its side of the story but received no response.

Exercising its right to reply, BC Logística Internacional S. de R.L. de C.V. sent an official statement on Tuesday, June 17, to clarify its position regarding the mentioned events. The company denied any involvement in the case, calling the claims unfounded and pointing out that anyone can enter any company name when registering on the platform allegedly used in the extortion scheme.
