It was one of those days where a beer for lunch sounded like a good idea, when suddenly, Cerveceria Mamut surprised and greeted me with its new Double Brown, and boy, they didnt disappoint. Whilst talking to Juan José, a partner from the brewery, a new mural was being set up on the street in front of us, sitting among artists, writers and other personalities of the artistic community in Tijuana, while glasses of Mamut's new anticipated urban wine accompanied us, this beer caught my attention and I did not put it down until I had finished my glass.

This beer is complex, as something that is doubled or imperial usually is, aged in American oak barrels, it contains a lot of vanilla tones, wood and you can even feel a stickiness and a oleic texture on your palate. It is definetly one of the most complex beer Mamut has created. Production is limited so you better taste it before it runs out.
