It is time to celebrate the first annual Rosarito Beerfest and what better way than with a good beer in hand. This week, Cerveceria Mamut entices us with its new Imperial IPA, the best beer this brewery has ever made.
The Imperial IPA has a medium white head with plenty of hoppy aromas and hints of citrus. Golden colored, it is slightly sour but balances out well with its citrusy tones. Very refreshing and easy-going with only a slight after-taste. Now that the warm weather is on its way lets start pouring some delicious Imperial IPAs.
