Once again, it is time to enjoy seasonal craft beers and the pick this week is Santa's Red 2014 edition by Cerveceria Insurgente. The recipe, according to the bottle, came straight out of Santa's workshop, where the elves enjoyed the exquisite drink and which I was able to try myself. Make sure you try this beer soon as the quantity is limited.

This year, Santa's Red has an alcohol content of 9.3% and a delicious flavor of malt, caramel, toasted bread, and chocolate. With a pronounced bitterness, the beer is very well balanced and complex at the same time. Santa's Red 2014 evolves in the glass and bottle, and so its creators recommend that you drink it fresh or store it in a cool dark place.
