(PESCADERO, SOUTHERN BAJA CALIFORNIA) Rancho Pescadero and Chef Rodrigo Bueno are pleased to announce the "Best of Baja Culinary Weekend", a whole weekend which will have the best culinary arts of Baja California and Southern Baja California. Accompanying Chef Bueno will be some of the best Chefs in all of Mexico, among them is Chef Javier Plascencia of Mision 19 and Finca Altozano, Chef Diego Hernandez-Baquedano of Corazon de Tierra and renowned wine maker Phil Gregory of Vena Cava. The event will gather all these talented Chefs to celebrate the flavors of the region, creating dishes inspired on the freshest ingredients of the region, and they will share their secrets with event goers. During a whole weekend they will be able to enjoy cooking classes, samplings wine tastings from Vena Cava and dinners with several courses.
During this culinary event they will be able to enjoy a welcome cocktail by the chefs, cooking classes all weekend, demonstrations, wine tastings with Phil Gregory, meals with several courses with pairings included and live entertainment every day.
The prices per package are $1002 dollars per person in a double room (The single room has a cost of $1344 dollars)
The package includes:
– 3 night stay
– Daily breakfast basket (includes coffee, fruit and Mexican pastries)
– Demonstrations and cooking classes with the Chefs.
– Several Course meals by the guest chefs with pairing included
