Around 3:30a.m. this morning, the San Diego Fire Department pulled out of the water the body of a man who was floating in Ocean Beach. The body was first seen by neighbors around the area.

The body was located floating face down near Judah Street, authorities have not confirmed the identity of the deceased but it is presumably Alex Peer, 30, who used to swim at night in this area.
