Because tomorrow is the start of the Baja Beer Fest, we decided to push the "bruski" (beer) of the week one day early. The recommendation at tomorrow's Baja Beer Fest is a beer that comes from one of the 50+ breweries that will be present in this year's Baja Beer Fest 2013, which is called Lagrimas Negras of Ramuri from the Ramuri Brewery.

This beer does not have a very large bottleneck, and is also very low in carbonation. Therefore, it is very important for you to drink it out of a glass beer mug, in order to savor it well.

This is a heavy beer, so I recommend for you to drink it slow. It's made out of some sort of oatmeal stout, which the oats only gives a supporting layer to the flavors of coffee and chocolate with which it's also made with.

During the Baja Beer Best, we will be doing a review of the top 10 beers at this event, so stay tuned!
