More than 40% of restaurants in Rosarito achieved results ranging from very good to excellent over the Easter weekend, while the majority of establishments performed within expected levels.
According to the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC), the figures reflect a strong influx of visitors and continued economic dynamism in Rosarito.
“These results confirm that Rosarito remains an attractive destination for gastronomic tourism,” said Octavio Machado Sánchez, a representative of CANIRAC Rosarito. “We appreciate the effort of every restaurateur and reiterate our commitment to continue strengthening the sector.”
CANIRAC Rosarito acknowledged the collaborative work of the industry and said it will continue promoting initiatives aimed at maintaining and boosting the destination’s competitiveness.
