"Millions of tires have been killed in the potholes of Tijuana, we are in mourning in the city," says the group's page on YouTube.

The story in the video first begins at the end of the pothole birthday celebration, and leads to a scene where some people simulate a funeral by carrying a coffin that contains a tire.
With the song "Las golondrinas" playing as the video rolls through and a sob "He was so young" in the background, the funeral lasts for about one minute and thirty seconds in front of a pothole where the tire will be buried.

The video ends with a dedication "For all tires that have died in the potholes of Tijuana" and a request for a moment of silence.
What seems again like a joke, might actually work with the authorities who just a few weeks ago launched a contest to report issues of situations just like this one, where Councilman Erwin Areizaga offered to give an iPad away to the contest winner.
