In the reception that was held in the meeting room in Tijuana's City Hall, Bustamante Anchondo was honored for being considered as one of the representatives of Tijuana in this celebration, which will take place in 2015.
Mayor Bustamante mentioned that "For me it's an honor to be named a member of this celebration, not only because of the fact that by then I will no longer be mayor, but because of the great relationship we have held through this administration with the authorities in the State of California"
