The next beer that we tried out was "Mercado Negro" (Black Market) from the Frontera brewing house. Definitely one of the best beers brewed in the town. Our next dish to sample was a shrimp burrito that with its guacamole and salsa; it meets the expectations of even the most demanding taste buds.

Finally, it was that moment when we were served the last dish, which I must admit is the crown jewel in this new menu. Roasted shrimp in its shell bathed in lemon juice, cucumber and purple onion.
A dish so delicious that even our photographer who refuses to eat seafood was delighted by it.

The evening continued and one of the drinks that were recommended to me was "Homenaje" (Tribute), a drink with bourbon, cigar leaf, orange, kumquat, honey and basil. And in the words of Gabriel Herrera it was just that, a tribute to the classic era of the 1920's with a touch of the La Caza Club.

Without a doubt, La Caza Club is one of those pleasant surprises that one does not see coming, but once discovered, it is definitely a place that you would want to come back as soon as possible. This place is also more than suitable to bring someone special for a night of drinks and food, or a place to come after work to relax. La Caza Club is an unforgettable experience which is like going on vacation without having to go too far.
A special thanks and congratulations to Chef Humberto Aviles, for not only delight with such delicious dishes, but for taking the kitchen of Baja Med to another level by fusing flavors from all regions of Mexico, and creating something different with his own touch.
