"For CECUT, this celebration is very important because Tijuana is a city that has been nourished by national and international migrations, and a very appreciated and loved community that has been integrated is China," said the General Director of the institution, Pedro Ochoa Palacio.

This celebration is carried out in collaboration with the General Consulate of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese community of Tijuana, and will mark the beginning of the Year of the Dog, the number 4716 in China that covers from February 16 until February 4, 2019 .
