During the tasting, presented by Fauna's master brewer, Alejandro Larios Rizo, we were served four different types of beer. We started with a Blonde Ale, which as far as I know is not yet for sale, but we will be on the lookout for it. This beer is very refreshing and perfect for those that are just getting a feel for new beer flavors.
The next was the very popular Lycan Lupus IPA, widely recommended by all of those that enjoy California style IPA beer. The beer is very popular and is currently available throughout many stores in Baja California. A very aromatic and easy to drink beer.

Then out came Penélope Coffee Stout, which was our most recent Beer of the Week. This also arrived with chocolate truffles that really brought out the flavor of the beer.
[p]Finally, we tasted the next beer that will be available from Cerveceria Fauna, the Caracol Saison. This Saison is unique in the sense that it has special yeast that you will not taste in any other beer, at least not on this side of the continent. The beer has a floral aroma and a bit of sweetness that is to die for.
Cervecería Fauna is making lots of noise in the beer scene, despite having only just recently started. We will keep our eye on them and see how they surprise us next.
