Carne Asada Taco
This taco has carne asada (grilled beef), cabbage instead of onion and cilantro, guacamole, sauce, beans, and is served on two packaged corn tortillas. When he took his first bite, Chef Danny highlighted the sauce’s spiciness as well as the fact that they added onion grilled in coal alongside the taco, which is left until it is caramelized.
The meat was salty and it didn’t look like it was marinated. The salsa was rated as having a 9.2/10 on the spiciness rating scale. The watery guacamole created contrast with the texture and the beans added flavor with each bite. This is why this taco gets a rating of 7.0

Chorizo Taco
This taco has chorizo, cabbage, salsa, beans, watery guacamole, and is served on a corn tortilla. As it was the same salsa, it was just as spicy as the last taco. The chorizo had a very firm texture and a very good smoked flavor.
This taco’s tortilla was a little more fried than usual which is why the maize flavor was more intense. The cabbage was a good touch since it is subtler than the onion but with the same texture. Grilled onion was also added, but Danny would have liked it if more beans were added. The watery guacamole was the only bad thing about this taco which is why it gets a rating of 8.0.
