This led to a young Tijuana woman to post on her Facebook account, accusing her father of being one of the members of Congress who voted against it. What is outrageous to her is that, as her post states, she is not heterosexual, so she considers that vote to be against her as well.
She also spoke about his father's personality, whom he accused of being violent to her mother and of having conservative ideas such as being against abortion and wanting to reintegrate the church with the state. On the other hand, she said that her father does not have any kind of degree.
"He is pro-choice done underground (or pro-life, it's the same thing) and in favor of the death penalty. As a politician he has no degree in politics (that I know of) and he had just finished high school when he was just starting the campaign, ," she said on the post.
Strangely enough, when President López Obrador was campaigning to become president, he expressed his support for the different groups that were asking for equal marriage. However, it seems contradictory that it was Morena's representatives who opposed this possibility.
Afterwards, both the media and Facebook users have tried to find the post, but the young woman deleted it after many people shared it and viralized it in social media.
