Construction is well underway for the 25-story T10 complex on Agua Caliente Boulevard, which will soon become home to Tijuana’s first Westin Hotel by Marriott. The $50 million development, rising from the site of the former Soriana supermarket opposite La Recta de Chapultepec, represents one of the city’s most significant hospitality investments in recent years.

The project was officially unveiled at Tianguis Turístico 2025 in May, where developers explained plans for the 219-room luxury property. The hotel will occupy 22 floors of the complex, supported by four levels of underground parking designed to accommodate both tourists and business travelers.
