Councilmember Miguel Loza Huinez has built a record of close engagement with the community, directly addressing social needs and promoting initiatives that make a positive impact on local families. One example is the Building with Vision program, which in just six months has benefited more than 300 Tijuana families by providing eyeglasses.
His legislative work also reflects his commitment to teamwork and shared progress, as he has supported and promoted projects introduced by Mayor Ismael Burgueño Ruiz that foster collective well-being. Among these, the Tijuana: Clean City program stands out for strengthening waste collection across the city’s nine districts through the addition of new trucks, sweepers, and state-of-the-art equipment.
