The event was inaugurated by COTUCOs president, Francisco Villegas Peralta, who thanked the support given by Bajas Secretary of Tourism, Óscar Escobedo, and the mayor of Tijuana, Jorge Astiazarán Orcí.
The mayor of the city was the one who officially kicked off the event with the inauguration of the new tourism information booth located at Santa Cecilias Plaza.
