And now, there's a brand new restaurant called Sabina and it will open its doors this Saturday August 6th at 11:00 pm. Sabina will be known for keeping the original concept of "Mariscos La Guerrerense" but with a more comfortable way of enjoying the different dishes, a place in which foodies will have the opportunity of choosing between three types of house wines, as well as beers provided by Aborigen; and if you're lucky, some mezcal from Huitzuco, Guerrero.

Sabina General Manager , Mariana Oviedo, said that they will count with the presence of special guests, such as Benito Molina and Aquiles Chavez. Mrs. Sabina will alternate her time between the restaurant and the original food cart.

All in all, this is an opportunity you can't miss. Remember that Anthony Bourdain referred to "La Guerrerense" as the "Best Street Food in the world." Mr. Bourdain and Sabina are now also business partners for Anthony's new establishment in New York.
