August 22th is the open date of the first school in Mexico created for children with high intellect. This educational institution is called "Instituto de Educacion de Aguascalientes" (Educational Institute of Aguascalientes, IEA), and it will receive 60 children between 4th and 6th grade of elementary school with amazing intellectual skills for the school year 2016-2017.

The selection procedure was made to more than 800 children of more than 160 IQ points, almost the double of the average of Mexico's population, 89 points.

The Universidad Complutense collaborates with this new institution, which makes sure that the only children in the last years of elementary school get the chance of taking the test, because when they're younger than that, it's hard to identify true geniuses.

Carnegie Mellon from Pittsburgh University will provide support to the IEA in Robotics, the University of Tel Aviv will help with Science and Technology, and the University College of London with mathematics.
