Social media has shown a lot of enthusiasm regarding the news, even though there still no exact inauguration date.

It's most likely to open in July, inside Plaza Comercial Fimbres with the following schedule:
Monday through Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Thursdays through Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m
In the meantime, what we do know is that Hooter Mexicali will have a playing area, menu and activities specifically designed for kids.
Although Hooters has a highly visual attractiveness, given that their waitresses wear very thigh and short uniforms, the restaurant/bar will have a special menu written in braille for the hard sighted/blind costumers.
For more information visit them on their official Facebook page at Hooter Mexicali.
