Playas de Rosarito presents a vibrant summer lineup promising flavor, tradition, and memorable experiences. During July and August, the municipality will host three key events that will enhance its tourist and culinary appeal.
On Saturday, July 19, Rosarito Beer Fest 2025 will take place at Las Rocas Resort & Spa and will feature several craft breweries, live music, urban cuisine, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The festival will run from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy the best of craft beer with an ocean view.
On August 2, the iconic Rosarito Fish & Seafood Festival 2025 returns to the Rosarito Beach Hotel. From 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., attendees can enjoy 10 gourmet tastings, 5 wine tastings, a commemorative glass, and a lineup of artistic and musical performances.
Tastings will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or while supplies last. Tickets are already available at tuacceso.mx and participating restaurants with a pre-sale price of $750 pesos ($40 USD) and $950 pesos ($51 USD) on the day of the event.
Finally, on Thursday, August 15, the Chile en Nogada Tribute Dinner will be held at Hacienda de Badú. This event will be led by traditional chef Josefina Sánchez, alongside renowned guest chefs: Jorge Orozco, Jorge Woolrich, Gerard Militello, and Luis Perches.
The dinner begins at 7:00 p.m., priced at $1,100 pesos ($59 USD) per person. For reservations, call 661-613-4011.
