  • What comprehensive corporate wellness means, why it matters, and how it impacts all levels of an organization.
  • Applying human software reprogramming—beliefs, habits, and neuroplasticity—to the workplace.
  • Accessible, practical strategies to strengthen daily well-being at work.

Based in San Diego, Reid has worked with global companies and regional governments, developing a holistic, measurable approach that fuses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

“These gatherings are essential to bridge purpose, leadership, and workplace culture. When wellness becomes a core strategy, the results are profound and long-lasting,” Reid shares.
