Future Governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar, announces she is pregnant

The governor elect of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda, posted on her social media that she is pregnant. In the picture you can see her husband, an x-ray that confirms her pregnancy, as well as a card that reads: "you will be a mom".

In her publication, the future governor of the state wrote: "There is no doubt that it has been a year full of blessings!!!". This in reference to the past elections in which she swept with 43.4 percent of the electoral preferences.

At the moment his victory was confirmed, Avila Olmeda declared that the transformation in Baja California has been nurtured by democratic values, so the triumph is not of a political party, "but of a social movement".

Currently, she is coordinating with other governors elected from Sonora, Baja California Sur, Sinaloa and Nayarit to carry out an action plan that will aim to improve the northwest region of Mexico.
