Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is set to make his mark at Disneyland Resort with the upcoming launch of “Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby,” a gastropub that aims to elevate the dining experience for visitors of all ages at the happiest place on earth.
Located on the upper level of the recently renovated Downtown Disney District building, which also houses the new Earl of Sandwich outpost, the restaurant draws its inspiration from London’s iconic Carnaby Street during the cultural whirlwind of the 1960s.
In a first look released by Disney, the interior design evokes the era with dark wood furnishings, green-upholstered banquettes, and pop art-adorned walls, all intended to transport guests to the heart of the British cultural revolution.
The space will accommodate up to 175 diners across a main dining area, which includes a bar section and booth seating, as well as two outdoor terraces overlooking the pedestrian promenade.

Food & Atmosphere
Expanding his culinary empire in partnership with the California theme park, Ramsay has curated a menu that celebrates quintessentially British fare, featuring many of the signature dishes that have defined his storied career.
Guests can look forward to his legendary Beef Wellington, crispy fish and chips, and the classic sticky toffee pudding. The beverage program will offer a curated selection of wines, beers, and craft cocktails inspired by London’s most celebrated pubs.

The dining experience will be accompanied by a soundtrack of classic British rock hits, with live performances scheduled on select evenings to further enhance the retro atmosphere.
While an official opening date has yet to be announced, the launch timeline will probably be revealed in the upcoming weeks.
