Baja California Governor Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, alongside state Secretary of Economy Kurt Honold Morales, announced the arrival of the T10 Tower, a multi-purpose complex that will be located within the Westin by Marriott hotel in Tijuana. This high-impact private investment supports tourism, business, and regional well-being, aligning with the goals of the 49th Tianguis Turístico held in Baja California.
Located in the heart of the city on Agua Caliente Boulevard, the project from Grupo Favier will bring a modern complex to life featuring offices, lodging, entertainment, and leisure spaces for an outstanding experience.
Governor Ávila Olmeda thanked Grupo Favier representatives for their investment and reiterated her administration’s interest in collaborating on future ventures.
Building on that, Secretary Honold Morales said it was a point of pride for Tijuana to welcome such a major investment, underlining the confidence in the region’s growing economy and the increasing demand for hotel infrastructure.
The $150 million investment is part of the Marriott chain, the world’s largest hotel group, with 239 Westin locations in major cities across the globe.
This new hotel strengthens Baja California’s tourism offerings and helps position the state as a modern, connected, and appealing destination.
