Governor Marina del Pilar expressed her enthusiasm for the program, stating:

“We are very pleased that this program will begin in August, in recognition of the women who have dedicated their lives to our country and to unpaid labor.”

She also reminded residents that registration remains open for senior citizens aged 65 and older, who are eligible for 6,200 pesos bimonthly.

Lastly, she emphasized:

“I have a deep commitment to the women of Baja California—to all citizens of the state—but there is a historical debt to women. As the first woman to govern this state, I feel a strong responsibility to my fellow women, just as we see with the first female President leading our country.”

The Baja California government encourages eligible women to stay informed and begin their registration process.
