The government of Baja California, led by Governor Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, has provided 1,135,839 free healthcare services in priority areas across the state as part of its poverty alleviation strategy. This initiative, carried out through the Mobile Health Centers program, ensures access to healthcare for the most vulnerable population.

“We are keeping our promise to our people. Now, we provide dignified access to healthcare—including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—at no cost in remote communities across the state, places where medical attention was once nearly impossible to obtain. This is how we fight inequality gaps in Baja California,” the governor underscored.
