MEXICALI.- State Governor, Francisco "Kiko" Vega de Lamadrid, led this Thursday a meeting in the state's capital with the members of his legal and amplified cabinet, on which a follow up regarding the program of administrative reengineering was given, with the purpose of generating important saving in the state's public finances, as well as reorienting the member pin favor of social programs and actions that will benefit the citizens of Baja.
