The magic of the season will descend upon La Jolla this December as the community’s cherished Christmas Parade & Holiday Festival returns for its 2025 edition. The event, a staple of San Diego’s holiday calendar, promises a day of festive family fun, culminating in a classic parade down the village’s main streets.
Scheduled for Sunday, December 7, the day will begin with the Holiday Festival activities at 11:30 a.m., setting the stage for the Christmas Parade which will begin later in the afternoon. The parade route will journey through the heart of the village, concluding at the La Jolla Recreation Center.


What to Expect
La Jolla Christmas Parade & Holiday Festival is a vibrant spectacle, expected to feature a diverse lineup including meticulously decorated floats, spirited marching bands, community groups, classic cars, and equestrian units.
