Starting Friday, August 7, and running through September 30, Pop-Up en La Cueva by Sunio offers visitors a rare opportunity to enjoy the Baja coastline from a completely new perspective.

Located in Castillos del Mar, the Pop-Up Cave by Sunio is open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, according to COTUCO Rosarito.
Visitors can delight themselves with an exclusive tasting menu and ocean-inspired mixology curated by Sunio Restaurant & Beach Club, alongside live musical performances.
Because Sunio opens this pop-up just once a year, demand is consistently high. Those interested in securing a spot are encouraged to book in advance by calling (661) 527 6518.
Beyond the culinary and musical offerings, the cave’s dramatic setting makes it a prime location for photography, with the rugged rock formation framing the Pacific shoreline perfectly in the background.
