TIJUANA.- The Minsitry of Labor and Social Welfare of Baja California told Uniradio Informa that they will begin to regularize the businesses that have given jobs to Haitians, so that they can receive their rights like any Mexican.

Since many rushed to have a job that offered them income, they have not paid attention to the rights they could receive if they plan to stay in the state. This is why inspections will be carried out in order to identify those that employed people of another nationality.

If so, a period of 10 days will be given to be regularized, and if it does not comply with this, a second inspection will apply the sanctions according to the law, this to ensure that they do not receive less than their share.
