A heat wave will hit the San Diego-Tijuana region starting on Friday, say different weather forecasts for the weekend.



According to AccuWeather, we can expect a high of 78.8 F that will rise up to 82.4 F on Saturday and 89.6 F on Sunday. These high temperatures will stay until around next Wednesday.



Monday, June 20, could be the hottest day of the month, with temperatures expected to reach 95 F, and then cooling off to about 71.6 F on Thursday, June 23.

In San Diego, things will heat up as well, although slightly less so than in Tijuana. According to NBC San Diego, the city will experience temperatures of up to 73.4 F on Friday, 78.8 F on Saturday, then on Sunday things will heat up to about 82.4 F.

If you’re planning on doing pretty much anything this weekend, remember to hydrate constantly and wear your strongest sunblock.
