The holiday season is now in full swing at Legoland California, marked by the ceremonial lighting of a towering Christmas tree constructed entirely of LEGO bricks.

The festive launch event, held Monday, was led by special guest Danielle Fishel, widely recognized for her role as Topanga Lawrence in the 1990s sitcom Boy Meets World. The celebration featured live performances by the Legoland band and culminated in a vibrant fireworks display.

The centerpiece of the festivities is a meticulously crafted LEGO tree, a project that required the park’s “Master Model Builders” to invest 3,000 hours. The structure is adorned with oversized ornaments, candy canes, stars, and candles.

The tree is prominently displayed near the entrance of the theme park, located in northern San Diego County.

Seasonal offerings during the 2025 Christmas season include meet-and-greets with festive characters like the Lego Nutcracker and Lego Santa, as well as a family-friendly Elf Hat scavenger hunt.

Holiday celebrations are held on selected nights from November 22 to January 4 and nightly fireworks shows from December 20 through December 31.
