Lorca Restaurant has opened its doors and is ready to welcome back all the customers who used to enjoy its exquisite food at its former La Cacho location. Now, a new journey begins in Colonia del Prado neighborhood on Avenida Ferrocarril.

Gerardo Ávila, co-owner of Lorca Restaurant, shared how happy he is about the support and affection from the community. He mentioned that people had been waiting outside since 8 a.m. to enter and more guests continued to arrive nonstop.
Ávila also pointed out that the same staff and chefs remain, as they want to maintain the same flavors and quality as always.

Alejandro Duarte said that he has been a regular customer of Spanish restaurant “Lorca” for the past 10 years, so hearing about the eviction felt like unfair news.
He shared that the reopening was a wonderful surprise that made them happy because the restaurant always offers great service, a family-friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and a strong tradition.

Karla Rivera said that the restaurant is one of her favorite places, and when she heard about its closure, she felt sad because she had hoped to celebrate her birthday there.
She shared that she has many fond memories of breakfasts with friends, family, and her husband, so she’s thrilled that the tradition will continue in the city.
