If you love Barbie, sunshine, bright colors, and a touch of ’70s nostalgia, the Malibu Barbie Cafe is your must-visit stop in San Diego this summer. This themed pop-up, brought by Bucket Listers, delivers an immersive experience complete with food, photo ops, roller skating, and even late-night parties for guests 21 and over.

- Barbie After Con (21+): From July 23–26, for $24.10 you’ll get a welcome drink, a souvenir, and entry to nightly parties Wednesday through Saturday after Comic-Con.

Soak up the California sunshine as you explore this Instagram-ready space inspired by Malibu Barbie, complete with an iconic life-size Barbie Box perfect for striking your best pose.
The menu, created by MasterChef finalist Becky Brown, offers a mix of classic comfort food, creative twists, and sweet Barbie-inspired desserts.

Barbie Skate Rink
For just $1, you can hit the Barbie x Impala Skate Rink, with all proceeds going to Girls Inc. San Diego, which supports local girls with free programs in arts, science, and life skills.
