The government of Baja California led by Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda through the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Urban Development, and Territory Redesign (SIDURT) revealed construction works at García Boulevard between Paseo del Prado and Palma Real are still ongoing.
The head of SIDURT, Arturo Espinoza Jaramillo highlighted that preliminary work has been concluded and that they are currently working on two fronts. In the first one, the hydraulic base and irrigation systems are being fine-tuned and in the second one, the homogenization and compression of the hydraulic base is being worked on.
As such, MR45 20 cm hydraulic concrete will start being placed next week.
The state official recommends the public at large to drive carefully and use alternate routes whenever possible.
