Marina del Pilar expresses her condolences on the loss of journalist Margarito Martinez

Governor of Baja California Marina del Pilar vila Olmeda denounced the assassination of graphic journalist Margarito Martnez Esquivel, who lived in Tijuana and worked for various media sources.

"I wish to convey not only my profound sympathies and utter sympathy with their family on behalf of those who make up my administration and my own, but also my sharpest denunciation of this crime, joining their demand for justice," the president said.

"We have faith in the efforts of the State Attorney General's Office to handle this regrettable occurrence and ensure that it is not left unpunished," he said.
