“We have the confidence, transparency, and certainty that our state will have the best guaranteed conditions,” she stated and thanked the general director of INDEP, Ernesto Prieto Ortega for working together with the government of Baja California to use resources in the best way possible to help all citizens.
During the signing of this agreement which took place in Mexicali, Marina del Pilar gave the example of how they are working in complete transparency on the alienation of public goods and on carrying out public auctions which have been characterized for their transparency and complete respect for the rule of law.
“These auctions are alienation processes carried out with absolute clarity, where citizens can participate to buy state goods, know their origins, and, most importantly, they are completely well informed about the obtained resources because here, everything is done with full transparency,” she highlighted.
The governor of Baja California emphasized the coordination between the state administration and INDEP regarding training activities to carry out the state auctions and to promote values such as transparency and the prioritizing of these public resources so that they can make the most of them.
“Thanks to these auctions, we will transform wasted or unused public good resources which will be reinvested on the wellbeing of Baja Californians who need it the most. They will also have a legitimate use. This income will be reflected on the strengthening of social, education, and health programs. What we are doing is returning to the people what is theirs, the resources that belong to them,” she stated.
