According to the president, a conference will be conducted with the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Urban Development and Territorial Reorganization (SIDURT), the Foundation Council, and public representatives to determine the port's priority tasks.
She stated that one of the needs already identified is that Sanfelipenses has decent roads and that 35 million pesos would be given to street renovation and pavement recycling.
If the community is converted to a municipality, he stressed the significance of having appropriate infrastructure for the community's requirements.
"I am happy to see San Felipe become the seventh municipality of Baja California on January 1st, after a long effort by San Felipe people," Marina del Pilar remarked.
Modules from several sections of the State Government were presented throughout the conference, focusing on health concerns, legal guidance, infrastructure, and social support.
During the ceremony, elderly citizens and athletes were supported, kids were given computer equipment, and individuals from the fishing industry were recognized.
Alma Rosa Garca Juárez, Gerardo Arturo Sols Benavides, and Juan Meléndrez Espinoza, Secretaries of Fisheries, Education, and the Field, respectively, as well as José Luis Dagnino López, President of the San Felipe Foundational Municipal Council, attended the ceremony. Deputies Juan Manuel Molina Garca and Dunnia Montserrat Murillo López, as well as athlete Edwin "La Pulga" Soto, were also in attendance.
