The government of Playas de Rosarito, under the leadership of Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz, distributed 46 Primera Necesidad (Essential Needs) checks to families facing economic difficulties, reaffirming the administration’s dedication to supporting the most vulnerable sectors of the community.
These financial assistance checks were requested to help cover essential expenses, including medical consultations, medication, food, and basic services such as electricity. The distribution was carried out by the Municipal Secretariat of Social Well-Being, headed by Ilsee Yanett Rodríguez Ramos, who was present alongside the mayor during the event.
“Today, we reaffirm our commitment to those who need it most. This government works closely with the people and delivers results. We will continue promoting supportive actions that make a real difference in the lives of our families,” said Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito while addressing the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the support provided by the Playas de Rosarito City Hall and acknowledged the administration’s compassion and ongoing efforts to create better opportunities for all. “Thank you so much, Mayor Rocío Adame, for seeing us and not leaving families alone,” said María Apolinar Calvillo Santana, one of the recipients of the Primera Necesidad check.
This event was also attended by Municipal Government Secretary, José Luis Alcalá Murillo, and Municipal Treasurer, Daniela Lizbeth Urías Barajas.
With these initiatives, Rocío Adame’s administration reaffirms its vision of creating better opportunities for everyone in Playas de Rosarito.
