Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito Launches Hydraulic Concrete Paving Project

The project will pave 2,495 square meters, providing direct benefits to over 2,000 residents in the Lucio Blanco neighborhood.

Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz of Rosarito officially launched the hydraulic concrete paving project on Culiacán Street, located in the Ampliación Lucio Blanco neighborhood.

The project includes paving more than 2,495.90 square meters, directly improving access to homes for over 2,000 residents who have long demanded safe road conditions. The total investment amounts to $3,825,309 pesos, funded by the Federal Program for Regularization of Used Foreign Vehicles.

This initiative was made possible through coordinated efforts between the Department of Urban Administration, led by Luis Fernando González Vergara, and the General Directorate of the Urban Development Promoter of Playas de Rosarito, headed by Orlando Fabián Bernal Hinojosa.

In her remarks, Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito emphasized that such projects reflect her administration’s commitment to improving the quality of life for the city’s residents, prioritizing neighborhoods that have historically lacked public infrastructure.

“This is proof that when we govern responsibly and listen to the people, great things can be achieved. This project is the result of collaboration between all three levels of government and the efforts of our citizens,” she stated.

The launch of this important project was attended by councilors, municipal officials, and local residents. With initiatives like this, the Playas de Rosarito City Hall reaffirms its vision of a socially conscious urban transformation, working hand in hand with the community to build a more dignified, safe, and promising city.
