Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito Leads Security Coordination Meeting

Playas de Rosarito reviews security operations carried out in the municipality.

Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito chaired a meeting of the Security Coordination Committee, where authorities from all three levels of government reviewed and analyzed security operations carried out in the municipality from July 17 to 23.

During the session, the Municipal Secretary of Public Security, Héctor Manzo Ruvalcaba, reported that as a result of patrols, operations, and intelligence efforts during that period, 12 individuals were handed over to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) and 2 more to the Federal Attorney General’s Office (FGR). Additionally, 6 stolen vehicles were recovered.

Mayor Rocío Adame of Rosarito reaffirmed her commitment to maintaining close coordination with state and federal authorities to strengthen security in Playas de Rosarito. She also thanked the agencies that consistently participate in these meetings.

Attendees included representatives from the State Attorney General’s Office, State Secretariat of Citizen Security, Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR), and the National Guard, all of whom reiterated their commitment to continue collaborating with the municipal government on crime prevention, enhanced surveillance, and prompt response to citizen reports.

The Playas de Rosarito City Hall will continue working firmly and collaboratively to ensure the safety and peace of mind of local families.
