This construction was inspired by the origami art, which idea was translated from a piece of paper to a metallic structure. The brewery is located in one of the most representative oenology zones in México.

Surrounded by the mountains landscapes in Valle De Guadalupe, one of the objects of this construction is to preserve the dynamic of handmade beer.

The building is oriented to conserve the natural resources which are limited in the Mediterranean zone of Valle De Guadalupe whose climatic conditions can be extreme.

The roof was made to catch the rainwater while natural lighting is preserved through recycled plastic bottles.
José Antonio De Los Santos Bolivar, architect of this project, feels excited for this nomination which ballots finalize in two weeks.
