SAN DIEGO, CA.- Mexican children that participated today in the International Aerospace Program (IASP) stood out in the contest organized by NASA, given that they obtained some of the highest scores and even took second place.

The Hubble robot M-3, which will be used in the mission to colonize mars, was the one that allowed Jets Mars Microbotix in Mexico to take second place just behind of La Sale from the United States who took 1st place this year.

The device created by children with 12 to 14 years of age, was qualified by specialists and engineers of the space agency, and had excellent scores on it's assembly as well as the development of the investigation frame for it's construction, in a design uniform to that which NASA uses as well.

Jose Antonio, Hector and Rafael were the winners, and along with them other institutions participated like the ITESM of Pachuca, ITESM Metepec from Mexico City, ITESM Morelia; at the end they also awarded Ana Montessori, a Mexican girl as well, for the project she developed.
