Ten kilometers south of La Rumorosa-Tecate, a group belonging to the 67th Infantry Battalion seized a large amount of drugs that were found in the bushes.
The raid confirmed: approximately 1,000 kg. of crystal, 6kg. of fentanyl powder, 5.3kg. of heroin, 5,000 fentanyl pills and 15kg of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil.
In the images we can see white packages wrapped with yellow ribbons and several brown packages with the seized drug, a bucket and plastic toppers. So far no arrests have been reported.
The seizure is currently at the disposal of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office in Tijuana.
