According to the Secretary of Health, "more men die than women" because of the coronavirus, since, of the Baja Californians who have lost the battle, 60% were men and 40% women.

Of the 9 thousand 345 recovered patients, 53% are women and 47% are men.

It should be noted that of the patients who have died the most, 52% are adults over 60 years of age, compared to recovered persons who have an average age of 41, as presented by Perez Rico.

Despite the fact that more people have been recovered than those who have died, the Secretary of Health invited the public to continue to follow the hygiene protocols and the appropriate social distancing, since there are still 410 active cases in Baja California, where Mexicali, Tijuana and Ensenada occupy the first three places on the list.
