TIJUANA – A casting company is looking for more than 2,000 Caucasian and Asian extras for a movie that will be filmed in Baja California starting Aug. 29.

The movie’s plot involves a young man trying to return to his father during World War II.

Details of the film have not yet been disclosed.

According to Barbarella Casting, the extras should be white Anglo-Saxon from babies in arms to adults of both sexes; the Asians should be males only, 18 to 50 years old, with Japanese or dark-skinned Asian features. If chosen, extras would be paid $70 per day.

The casting begins July 16 and ends Aug. 3 at will take place at Baja Studios, on the Tijuana- Ensenada Highway, at Kilometer 32.8, Rosarito No. 22710.

The hours for casting are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., except for Sundays.
