Top soccer media outlets such as Sport.es and Goal.com have reported that Brazilian side Santos FC has accepted a $25million offer for 21-year old forward Neymar da Silva Santos Junior.
Neymars jump from Brazilian soccer to European soccer has produced numerous rumors throughout the past few years, but it now seems like it has all come to an end with the young Brazilians destination being the Catalan giants.
The official twitter account for Santos FC announced on Thursday evening that they had accepted bids from two different clubs. And that Neymar and his father are expected to make a decision on which two of the offers they prefer.
It is rumored that the two clubs making the bids were both Spanish giants Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. Neymar has repeatedly expressed interest of playing for the newly crowned Spanish champions FC Barcelona.
All that is left to do is for Neymar and the new club (Barcelona) to agree on salary terms before the official announcement can be made. Neymar will be seen in this years FIFA Confederations Cup for the Brazilian national team.
